Youth teaching (30 sessions - including the FFT license 20 €)
Leisure (Groups of 8 max - Supervision by 1 DE and / or 1 AMT - Gives the right to reserve CTC courts)
Improvement (Groups of 6 max - Supervision by 1 DE and 1 AMT - Gives the right to reserve CTC courts)
Competition (Groups of 6 max - Supervision by 1 DE - Gives the right to reserve CTC courts)
Tennis Section (Only for students of Saint Exupéry College in Condom selected by teams CTC and EPS teachers - Does not give rights to reserve CTC courts)
Adult Subscriptions (Including the FFT license 32 €)

General Conditions of Membership
Registrations
Registrations are made using the appropriate forms (young or adult), or online for simple memberships (without discounts). To be validated, any registration must be accompanied by a medical certificate. Any registration entails acceptance of the FFT regulations and the Club’s internal regulations. The member authorizes the CTC to use his image for its internal and external communication. To be taken into account, all registrations must be paid in full.
Payment methods
Payments can be made by check, credit card, direct debit, ANCV titles, Sport coupons or cash. Payment in installments by checks (resp. Direct debit) is allowed within the limit of four checks (resp. In 10 installments).
Certificates - Invoicing
Invoices or payment certificates can be requested by email (tenniscondom@orange.fr) and are delivered by return email.
Group lessons
Registrations for group lessons are obligatorily linked to the subscription to a subscription plan. Purchasing a license alone does not grant access to group lessons. Young people (under 18) are members for the full season.
Pricing
The prices of the different formulas are mentioned on the registration forms. Reductions are made in the following cases:
- Family reduction from the 2nd child.
- Pass’Sport reduction (Department of Gers): amount refunded upon submission of the complete file (certificate of re-entry to school right, school certificate and completed department form).
These reductions are cumulative.
Cancellations - Refunds
Registration for group lessons : no reimbursement of course fees is granted after the second session.
Memberships : they can only be reimbursed in the event of force majeure (tennis injury, moving).
